Book your stand, Now!
The following list will help you to take the 4 basic steps required to register for the event. Choose the best options for you and fill the contract form.
Step 1
Sponsor & Exhibitor or just Exhibitor?
First, decide if you are interested in investing in the promotion of your company / logo as a sponsor in all the advertising material of the event, combined with a privileged space in the exhibition. Alternatively, you can simply be an exhibitor and meet the visitors and potential customers. See the sponsorship packages and the options that we offer.

Company logo in all of the materials of the event in 1/1 ratio (benefits described below) and privileged stand space 21 m2 - dependence on availability. The stand price does not include a construction.

The second step you have to make, is to choose the type of the construction for your stand. If you have chosen to be a sponsor, you should only calculate construction costs, because space costs are included in the sponsorship.
If you are just an exhibitor, you should have to calculate also the cost per square meter, in addition to the construction.
In case that you will build your stand yourself, or in collaboration with a construction company, calculate only the cost of the exhibition space.

The exhibitor has to build his stand in cooperation with a stand constructions company. Electricity supply is NOT included.

Step 3
Choose the type of the construction
The second step you have to make, is to choose the type of the construction for your stand. If you have chosen to be a sponsor, you should only calculate construction costs, because space costs are included in the sponsorship.
If you are just an exhibitor, you should have to calculate also the cost per square meter, in addition to the construction.
In case that you will build your stand yourself, or in collaboration with a construction company, calculate only the cost of the exhibition space.
Choose the square meters of the stand & the spot
The next step is to calculate the size of your stand and choose its location on the floorplan.
In case you have chosen a sponsorship, any extra square meters are charged with the net price.
The layout that you will see at the floor plan is indicative and the stand's spaces can be modified according to the needs of the exhibitors.
The depths of the stands cannot be modified.

Below you can find some notes and clarifications that can vary the cost or the result of your participation.
By signing the contract, you accept the following clarifications and terms.
Exclusive sponsorships
Exclusive sponsorships are subject of a special agreement
Additional sponsorships
The additional sponsorships of the parallel events (Conferences, Keynote Dinner, etc.) as well as the materials distribution in the conference bags etc., are a separate agreement
Speaking opportunities
Being a Sponsor or Exhibitor does not imply a presentation / speaking slot at parallel conference events
Additional exhibition space
If additional space is requested, over the sponsorship bundles, this is calculated using the current pricelist
VAT
All prices are subject to VAT 24%

Stands constructions
The timescedule of construction and dismantling of the stands, upon agreement
Discounts
The discount for the previous ECDM Expo exhibitors and sponsors is 10% until 19/1/2024
Depths of exhibition stands
The depth of the stands can not be modified
Compliance
All the exhibitors and the sponsors must fully comply with the rules of the organizer of the exhibition, the exhibition venue and the health protocols.
