ECDM Expo Covid 19 Protection Methods

ECDM Expo will be in accordance with the Common Ministerial Decision about the “Rules for keeping distances in public gathering places throughout the country, to limit the dispersion of the COVID-19 corona virus” as published in the Official Government Gazette of the Hellenic Republic on 27.06.2020 (Official Gazette of the Hellenic Republic, B 2601) or any updated directives.

Capacity at exhibitor stands * (employees and visitors)

- Up to 20m2: 4 persons
- From 20m2 to 100m2: 4 + 1 person every 10m2
- Over 100m2: 12 + 1 person every 15m2
*back offices are not included.

Rest of the exhibition areas

Regarding the rest of the exhibition areas, 1 visitor every 15 m2 will be allowed.

Width of the corridors

The width of the corridors between the stands should be increased by twenty percent (20%) compared to the width in previous years.

Inside exhibitor stands

Inside exhibitor stands, physical distancing regulations implemented in retailers, as well as regulations regarding the space between tables implemented in foodservice, will apply.

Exhibitors, suppliers and staff

Exhibitor, supplier and staff attendance will be personalized. Access to the trade show grounds will be allowed after temperature screening. Name tags that will be displayed in prominent place throughout the stay at the exhibition center, are mandatory.

Personalized digital invitations

Visitor attendance will take place through personalized digital invitations, which should be presented at the entrance of the exhibition center, where a complete list of names will be kept. Access to the trade show grounds will be allowed after temperature screening.

Use protective masks

Exhibitors and staff are required to use protective masks within the main areas of the exhibition center.

Crisis management plan

The organizing company will develop a crisis management plan, which: a) will be posted in prominent places as well as in digital media b) will be sent to their customers/exhibitors, c) will be available to the inspection authorities.
